The Newest Overman - Still Waiting on a Name
Sunday, November 14th It seems too easy. We left Saturday night, and arrived in Moscow Sunday afternoon. It is warm and rainy here. I am hunkered down in our wonderfully Western hotel room, and Meric is having dinner with the guys from the Moscow office of Labware. We are having a big sense of deja vue - we feel like we just did this? Then we realized it was only last year that we were in Kazakhstan. We have recognized many similar stores, and we went on our first shopping trip to stock up on chocolate and water. Monday morning we meet with the officials in Moscow, and then drive an hour to meet our little guy. We hope that on the hour drive we will finally decide on what his name will be. Hopefully, we will have new pictures of the Littlest O tomorrow.
Monday, November 15th Finally after a tour of a Russian Orthodox church, lots of standing around, and signing many papers we finally met our little guy. Here he is. Just like Andrew he has many interesting faces - we have captured some of them for you.
The Details He has 2 new teeth, and another one coming in. He has a full head of hair, and wonderfully chubby cheeks. He has hazel eyes, long eyelashes, and light hair, but best of all he has an incredible laugh. The final deadline is upon us - on Tuesday morning we have to give them his new name - yes we are still working on it.
