Getting Ready for the Trip
It is really hard to believe this is happening. However, everything in the room down the hall confirms that something big
is changing here. Even the dog knows something is up since we now have a stuffed animal that clearly can't be her toy.
Even though Duchess may not like the big toy - we are pretty certain Andrew Blake will!!!

The Journey Almost Begins - Friday, February 28, 2003
Today was the last day of work for both of us before leaving on our Great Adventure. We both had difficulty leaving work, being a
bit scared, nervous and excited about the coming weeks (and rest of our lives). The love and support shown to us, and for Andrew,
has us absolutely amazed and grateful to our wonderful friends and coworkers. We can't even begin to thank everyone enough.
